Reaching the Conference Center

AIRPORT

We strongly recommend flying into Pisa International Airport (Galileo Galilei Airport – PSA). Public transportation from this airport offers the most direct and efficient route to the Conference venue, particularly for air travelers.

Also Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci – FLR) is a valid alternative but it is located approximately an hour away, slightly further than Pisa.

Rome Airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) could be also chosen for the frequent connections to the Conference venue, but please note that the considerable travel time to the conference venue is about 4 hours.

DIRECT connections between the airports and the Conference venue

The 13th of September two buses will leave from the Pisa Airport (at 15:30 pm and 7:30 pm) and from the Florence Airport (at 02:00 pm and 06:00 pm) and will provde direct connection to the Conference venue.

The 19th of September buses will leave the Conference venue (at 06:00 am) and will provide connection to the Pisa Airport (arrival at 07:30 am) and the Florence Airport (arrival at 09:00 am).
